Track My Order

To track your order simply click here and enter the tracking number included in your dispatch confirmation email.

 

Shipping & Dispatch

Orders are normally processed within 3 working days, after which you will receive shipping confirmation email and a tracking number allowing you to track your order in full (If you do not receive this mail please check your junk mail).

 

Shipping takes 2-4 weeks (usually 12-20 days). 

Due to not all products being stored in the same warehouse you may receive your order in multiple packages

 

Returns

We're sure you'll love your new yogi gear, but if for any reason you would like to return your order we have a 14 day returns policy after your items have been delivered.

Just send us an email on our contact form with your order details and one of our customer service members will be happy to assist.

All returned items must be be in original packaging exactly as it was received. If this is not the case your item cannot be returned and refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be given if your items are significantly different from how they are described or shown on site.
